WOOD FIRED KITCHEN


Seasonal menus focused entirely on high heat cooking. Think seared, roasted loin with a velvety Barolo wine sauce accompanied by caramelized onions, roasted fingerling potatoes and olive oil-seared zucchini. We're also thinking about pizza, but not just any pizza. Crispy, wood-fired pizza topped with artisanal ingredients. 

For us, food is about the art of promoting the ingredient;  by cooking with extremely high heat, we add texture while sealing in nutrients and flavor. From there, we take extra care in our packaging to ensure your meal is at the top of its game when it's delivered.
